The weekend began in the medieval town of Todi, capturing an urban contrast to the rural hills of Umbria. Following the city session, the shoot moved to a private estate on the Tuscan border. Surrounded by olive groves and cypress trees, the property provided a backdrop of weathered stone and panoramic valley views.
The design for the day centered on an organic, "La Dolce Vita" aesthetic. The outdoor dinner featured a long table with striped linens, decorated with overflowing baskets of local tomatoes, garlic, and olive branches. The stationery followed a "Flavor Edit" theme, using vintage typography and illustrations of Italian landscapes. Betty’s look — a structured pleated gown paired with a wide-brimmed straw hat and veil — complemented Jason’s textured brown suit, creating a cinematic feel rooted in the region’s history.
The weekend concluded with a pool party session overlooking the valley. Shifting to a more relaxed mood, the styling featured lace overlays, vintage-inspired sunglasses, and a classic Italian cream cake decorated with red currants. Every element, from the graphic green silk banners to the lifebuoy rings in the water, was chosen to reflect a modern, high-fashion take on a traditional Italian summer.
