Hi, I'm Eden Xuân

I’m Eden, a photographer drawn to stories that are deeply felt and beautifully designed — working across oceans and continents to capture weddings. I take a thoughtful editorial-meets-documentary approach to my work, preserving each celebration through a rich blend of digital, film, and drone imagery.

With over eight years of professional experience and a lifelong passion for people and artistry, my work has been recognized for its uncontrived energy, raw emotion, and ability to highlight the unique personality of every celebration. It’s been an incredible honor to be named a Top Photographer by The Wed and Wezoree and to have my work featured in Vogue, Tatler, Together Journal, and other international publications. I’m deeply grateful for the couples who have trusted me with their stories. The truth is, the relationships I build with my couples are foundational — the best work always begins with trust, and a sense of being truly seen.

From intimate gatherings to multi-day celebrations — from Italy to France, California to New York — I approach each wedding with care, curiosity, and intention. Alongside my husband Luke, who works with me on drone and film, we travel the world to create work that honors both what is felt and what is beautifully made. We call a small town just a few hours from New York City and Washington, D.C. home.

My Ethos

Having experienced my own wedding day, I understand just how quickly it passes. To me, photography is a gift — allowing us to preserve memories and relive the moments we cherish most deeply.

As a self-taught photographer, my inspiration comes from the world around me — old-world architecture, diverse forms of art, and above all, human connection. Our favorite weddings are the ones where the design feels like an extension of the couple’s story. Where heirloom jewelry, chosen florals, or fashion-forward choices all reflect something deeper.

My approach blends photojournalism with editorial artistry: observing and anticipating, yet gently stepping in when direction elevates a moment. Always attentive, always present, my focus remains on preserving the genuine energy and unique personality of your celebration in a way you can feel for generations to come.

At the end of the day, I don’t believe in photographing strangers. The most meaningful work I’ve created has come from relationships rooted in mutual trust and sincerity — where my couples allow themselves to be seen, and welcome me into their story. I approach each wedding not just as an professional, but as a guest with a camera — moving through the day, seeing, being, and crafting with what's in front of me.

This is more than photographs, my work captures the heart and soul of your day — so you can relive it again and again.
