Golden light spilled over sprawling vineyards and lush groves, setting the stage for Megan and Matt’s wedding at Rancho Guejito Vineyard. Their day was a perfect balance of timeless elegance and the laid-back charm of Southern California wine country—full of vibrant colors, warm energy, and intentional moments.
The ceremony took place in the heart of the citrus grove, surrounded by mountainscapes and the fresh scent of oranges and lemons drifting through the air. It was lush and vibrant, with colorful pastel florals—soft pinks, purples, blues, and yellows—by Cork and Stem bringing the space to life. Megan walked down the aisle in her sleek and understated Jenny Yoo gown, radiating beauty. Matt, in a perfectly tailored suit, looked at her like the whole world stopped for a moment.
Rancho Guejito has this way of making everything feel grounded yet expansive. It’s a place where time seems to slow down, where every detail feels steeped in the natural beauty of wine country. During cocktail hour, guests gathered under a tented canopy, sipping wine while the late-afternoon sun bathed the space in golden light. Megan’s signature fragrance, Parfums de Marly Delina, added a soft, floral note to the air that made the setting feel even more personal.
Afterward, we captured portraits high above the vineyards, with rolling hills and endless vines stretching into the distance. It was the kind of view that stays with you—a moment that felt as big as the love they were celebrating.
As the sun dipped behind the mountains, guests were invited to the vineyard for the reception. Long wooden tables were dressed with soft linens, glowing candles, and florals that mirrored the pastel palette from earlier in the day. SD Event Planning orchestrated the evening beautifully, creating a space that felt effortless but elevated, with every detail working in harmony with the natural surroundings.
Dinner by De La Vina Catering was served family-style, showcasing fresh, seasonal flavors that brought everyone together around the table. Pure Cupcakes added a playful and sweet touch to the evening, with desserts that felt like a reflection of Megan and Matt’s personalities—fun, thoughtful, and perfectly curated.
When the stars came out, the energy shifted. The vineyard came alive with music from Dancing DJ Productions, and the dance floor was packed with laughter, movement, and joy. The warm hum of celebration mixed with the natural sounds of the vineyard, creating a night that felt completely magical.
